Three charged in Le Mars, IA store burglary

LE MARS, Iowa (KTIV) -

Three men face charges for the "smash and grab" burglary of a Le Mars, Iowa, store.

Police say the men smashed out the front window of the Verizon Wireless- Wireless World store off of Holton Drive Southwest at about 1:00am.

While police won't say what the suspects got away with, a spokesman for Wireless World says these types of burglaries involve people breaking through windows, grabbing demo phones, then breaking into inventory rooms and taking smartphones and tablets.

20-year-old Devante Johnson, 19-year-old Blanyon Davies, and 22-year-old Victor Doe face four charges including 3rd-degree burglary, and criminal mischief.

Police say more charges are possible.
