East High students help clean up the neighborhood

Several Siouxland groups are doing their part to make a difference in the community.  Some Sioux City East High school students are rolling up their sleeves to help clean up.  It's part of a service learning activity.

On Tuesday, students cleaned up not only their own campus, but also nearby places like Nodland Elementary School and Redeemer Lutheran Church.  At the end of the day, the group collected 7 bags of trash, 4 golf balls, a television, a hubcap, and one dollar.
