Suspect charged in Sioux County, IA hit and run

ORANGE CITY, Iowa (KTIV) -

An 18-year-old Hospers, Iowa, man is charged in a hit and run accident that damaged a piece of farm equipment in Sioux County, last weekend.

Jose De Jesus Llanos-Hernandez was arrested, on Wednesday.

Investigators say, last weekend, Hernandez hit an auger at the Hospers Farmer's Cooperative.. and then drove off.

He's charged with driving without a valid driver's license, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to maintain control, and having no insurance.
