Grilled Lamb Chops with a Greek Salad - prepared by Mary Baryo, Greek Fest, Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church
• 2 fresh lamb chops
• 2 T. olive oil
• 2 T. lemon juice
• S & P
• dry oregano leafs
• garlic powder
Combine above and pour over the chops. Marinate in zip lock bag few hours or overnight. Discard marinade and grill chops over med. heat 3 minutes per side, then turn heat to med-low and continue to cook to desired temperature.
Accompany this meal with a fresh Greek salad. A perfect summer night meal!
