"Lunch Beat" is a concept that was born in Sweden where employees take their lunch break on the dance floor. The idea was tested by 250 dancers at the Swedish Institute Tuesday. The day clubs offer a sandwich, a bottle of water, and a chance to watch D. J.'s spin music.

Organizers weren't sure the idea would be as successful outside of Sweden but the dance-hungry Parisians proved them wrong.
