USDA reports all corn crops are in the ground in Nebraska

Nebraska farmers are faring far better than other Siouxland states that are still hurting from wet weather.

The latest report from the U.S. Ag Department shows Iowa's cornfields have been hit hard by the wet spring.

Twelve percent of the crop is in "poor" condition.

That's the worst among the 18 leading corn growing states.

Nebraska, the corn crop is faring better.

75-percent of the crop in "good" or "excellent" condition.

Just 2 percent is rated poor.
