The City of Dubuque's Health Services Department wants to find a dog after a reported bite Wednesday night.  

A man says a dog bit him in the area of the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue near Audubon School around 11:30 p.m. Wednesday.

The dog is described as a large German shepherd wearing a pink collar with tags and weighing approximately 85 pounds. 

The Health Department wants to find the dog to verify its health and vaccination history.

Anyone with information can contact the Health Services Department at (563) 589-4185 between the hours of 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. or the Law Enforcement Center at (563) 589-4415 after hours or on the weekend.
