A Norfolk independent and assisted living facility has been sold
NORFOLK, Neb. (KTIV/US92) -
A Norfolk independent and assisted living facility has been sold to a Fremont-based senior housing and health care business.
Officials with Nye Senior Services announced Thursday morning that they have purchased The Meadows in Norfolk.
Russ Peterson, President and CEO of Nye Senior Services says he has known Meadows owner J. Paul McIntosh and his family for several years and has been impressed with the quality of services provided at the Norfolk campus.
Peterson also says that Jan Nixon, who has been the administrator at The Meadows for 24 years, will continue in that role.
Along with facilities in Fremont and now in Norfolk, Nye Senior Services also has campuses in Lincoln and South Sioux City.
