MRHD asks for delay in judge's decision on Penn National lawsuit

DES MOINES, Iowa (KTIV) -

There's another delay in the case involving the owner of Sioux City's Argosy Casino, and it's non-profit partner, Missouri River Historical Development.

A judge was set to rule Thursday on several motions filed by Penn National Gaming and MRHD.  However, MRHD has asked the judge for more time.

Penn National sued MRHD claiming they had an exclusive agreement with them. That agreement was allegedly broken when MRHD decided to work with Sioux City Entertainment to build the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.
