Jack Hoffman is honored at the ESPY Awards with "Best Moment"


Jack Hoffman, a young brain cancer survivor, who scored a touchdown in Nebraska's spring football game, was honored at the ESPY Awards.

The seven-year-old's 69-yard run was named "Best Moment" at the award show.

The ESPY Awards are determined by the vote of fans.

Jack was joined by his father on stage at the Nokia Theater.

"This is super duper awesome. Thanks for the trophy I'm glad that you are all now on team Jack and I know with without you we can't lose. Thanks," Jack Hoffman said.

Hoffman was battling brain cancer when he started a friendship with the Nebraska football program.
