Judge delays trial in "Club Hollywood" shooting case

A judge has delayed the trial of a Madison, Nebraska, man accused of shooting another man in the face.

28-year-old Jordan Beehn faces felony assault and weapons charges related to the shooting of Jorge Zepeda-Flores outside "Club Hollywood", in Norfolk, over Thanksgiving weekend last year.

Beehn's new attorney, which is his third so far, filed a motion to continue Beehn's trial earlier this week, which a judge granted today.

The trial is set to begin December 9th.
