A Sergeant Bluff, Iowa man is sentenced to 15-years behind bars after a high-speed chase through two Siouxland states.

Last month, 27-year-old Brandon Miller pled guilty to charges of forgery, eluding, and assault on a police officer.

While investigating the production of counterfeit money, in March, authorities in Union County, South Dakota tried serving a search warrant on three suspects.

Authorities say the suspects fled, got on Interstate 29 towards Sioux City, and started throwing the money out of the window.

The chase ended at West 18th and West Streets.

Miller was arrested along with 21-year-olds Shaun Wakefield and Alison Daugherty.

Daugherty is scheduled to be in court next month to change her plea.

Wakefield's case is expected to go to trial next month as well.
