This recipe for a fresh, tasty and healthy salad contains 9 ingredients from the Blue Zones Food List!

• 1 head cabbage (shredded or julienned) (or one bag shredded cabbage blend)
• 1 small head red cabbage (shredded or julienned)
• 1 cup shredded carrots
• ½ c up sweet onion, chopped
• 2 green onion, chopped
• ½ cup green bell pepper, chopped
• ¼ cup red pepper of your choice, fresh, hot and chopped
• 1 cup pineapple tidbits

Dressing:
½ cup apple cider vinegar
½ cup water
½  cup sugar or 1/3 cup honey (to taste)
½ tsp. turmeric
¼ tsp. dry mustard
1 ½ tsp. celery seed
¼ tsp. white pepper
2 Tbsp. spicy brown mustard

Mix together salad ingredients in large bowl.  Set aside.  Whisk together dressing ingredients and toss into cabbage mixture.  Chill and serve.
