Long Lines sells wireless network to AT&T Mobility

Subscribers of Long Lines' wireless service will soon be transferred to AT&T.

Long Lines announced today it has sold its wireless network to AT&T Mobility.

The sale does not impact any of Long Lines' non-wireless service, including land lines, broadband Internet, or cable TV.

The company says, prior to the sale, customers will see no changes in their wireless services or bills.

The sale is expected to be completed during the 4th quarter of this year, or the first quarter of 2014, pending approval of the Federal Communications Commission.
