Antelope County District Court Judge James Kube sentenced 61-year old Daphne Hansen Wednesday to a total of 30 to 42 months in prison.

Hansen was convicted of arson, conspiracy to commit arson and aiding a felony back in a bench trial in Antelope County in May.

Hansen had been accused along with two others in setting a fire that burned down an abandoned house on K Street in Neligh in June of 2010.

Throughout the trial and in the pre-sentence investigation, Hansen vehemently denied any involvement in the fire.

Her attorney indicated in court Wednesday that she intends to appeal her convictions.
