NELIGH, Neb. (KTIV/US92) -

The trial of a Brunswick, Nebraska man accused of injuring a Nebraska State Patrol trooper has been delayed.

39-year-old Aaron White appeared in Antelope County District Court in Neligh Wednesday, where he waived his right to a speedy trial.

White felony assault charges, after police say he rammed a state patrol car with his tractor last December, injuring the trooper inside.

White will next be in court for a pre-trial conference on August 28th.
