Three teens were arrested after a burglary at this Sioux City home. Three teens were arrested after a burglary at this Sioux City home.

Police arrested three teens after a burglary and assault took place in Sioux City's Morningside neighborhood.

Police say several suspects broke into the home at 2419 Ridge Avenue shortly after midnight on Friday.

Police say the teens involved in the burglary had a gun.

There were people inside the home at the time.  One person was assaulted and received minor injuries.

The suspects were located a short time later at 4317 Van Buren, by tracking a cell phone that was stolen from the home on Ridge Avenue.

Police arrested 18-year old Jose Gil and 17-year olds Alejandro Espinoza and Brent Mannion.

All three are from Sioux City and charged with 1st Degree Burglary.  Mannion is also charged with Assault while participating in a felony.
