MOVILLE, Iowa (KTIV) -

The Woodbury County Sheriff's Department and the Iowa State Patrol are still on the lookout for a missing 84-year-old Moville, Iowa, man. Dale Robinson's family says no one has talked to him since early Saturday morning.

"He left some personal belongings at home with him. Took minimal things with him. He left a goodbye note to the family. We haven't seen him since. We're not sure what direction he's heading or where he might be at this point in time," said Robinson.

The 5-foot-6, 90 pound man was last seen Saturday at a four-way stop heading west towards Sioux City, after filling up his Ford F150 at a Conaco station. Family members say Robinson suffers from Alzheimer's disease, and that's what has them worried.

"He went to breakfast with a good friend, mowed his lawn, talked to a few people and after that is when he left," said Robinson.

Robinson's family says he might not even realize that he is lost. They're hoping the public will step in and help.

"He might have found a familiar place. We're not sure where he may be. So, don't be afraid if you see someone who looks lost and fits that description and ask him if he needs help," said Robinson.

"Several local convenience stores around Moville have put up pictures of Robinson. If you have seen Robinson, authorities ask that you call 911.
