UPDATE: Slaying suspect steals car in Jackson, Neb. and is arrested in Omaha

An Omaha murder suspect has been captured after authorities say he stole a car Jackson, Nebraska.

Dakota County Sheriff Chris Kleinberg says a report came into his office around 8:00 a.m. Monday of a vehicle that was stolen from the Jackson Express.

Kleinberg says when deputies arrived the vehicle was already gone.

The stolen vehicle was equipped with GPS, and was able to be tracked down in Omaha.

The vehicle was being driven by 47-year-old Jay Witt.  He's accused of killing a man at the Hells Angels' Motorcycle Club building in Omaha on July 14th.  He's been charged with second-degree murder in the death of 48 year-old William Furlong.

Witt was taken into custody without incident.
