After 32-hours on the loose, an inmate who escaped the Thurston County Jail, is back behind bars tonight.
Police in Norfolk, Nebraska took 39-year-old Mark Kuehn into custody at about 5:00 Thursday evening, after police got a tip Kuehn was in the Norfolk area.
Police started searching for him and then got another tip call saying Kuehn was in an apartment building in the southeast part of town.
Police found Kuehn in the building's stairwell and took him in to custody without incident.
Kuehn is in the city jail until he can be moved back to Thurston County.
He escaped from the Thurston County jail Wednesday morning where he was being held a on felony theft conviction.
