Car and motorcycle collide at Monona County, Iowa intersection


A car and motorcycle collide on a northwest Iowa road, sending one person to the hospital.

The Iowa State Patrol says it happened around 6:30 p.m. at the intersection of K-45 and E-54 in Monona County.

They say 41 year-old Craig Beedle was turning left on E-54 and hit an oncoming motorcyclist.

The motorcyclist, 25 year-old Chad Noble was thrown from the bike and landed in a nearby cornfield.

He was taken to Mercy Medical Center in Sioux City were he's listed in good condition.

Beedle was not hurt.
