Siouxlanders tee it up to fight breast cancer

It was a perfect day to be out on the golf course.

Friday, some Siouxlanders took a swing against breast cancer.

Golfers teed it up at the 15th annual Pink Ribbon Golf Classic at Two Rivers Golf Course in Dakota Dunes, South Dakota.

The event raises money for research and patient programs.

"Over 15 years we've raised over $300,000 for the American Cancer Society, breast cancer research," said Cindy Fleckenstein, Pink Ribbon Golf Classic Co-Chair.

KTIV's Kristie VerMulm, Sarah Te Slaa, Tim Oakley and Adrian Wisner took part in the event.
