Centsable Health: Grilled Potato Salad for the perfect tailgate party


Football season means tailgate parties.  If you're looking for a new recipe to impress your friends, our Centsable Health segment delivers a powerful potato punch.  Adam Jeppeson, a Fareway Foods meat expert, shared this recipe for Grilled Potato Salad.

Grilled Potato Salad

12 small red potatoes, diced
5 Tablespoons fat free Mayo
2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
1/8 cup cooking oil

Dry Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons Paprika
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Thyme
1 teaspoon crushed Rosemary
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
2 oz precooked crumbled bacon

Preheat grill to medium heat.
Add potatoes, oil, and dry ingredients into a foil pan.
Mix ingredients together and cover with aluminum foil to cook for approximately 20 to 25 minutes or until potatoes are soft, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and add mayo and mustard.  Serve warm.
