"Biggest Loser" nutritionist says breakfast is important

For many of us it's hard to take that first step to eating healthier.  But the Biggest Loser's celebrity nutritionist, Cheryl Forberg, says it all starts with breakfast.

She says if you can mix a simple bowl of cereal with some fruit, you're on the way to healthier eating.

But, the biggest thing, she says, is don't skip that first meal of the day.

"If we wait until 11, 12 or 1 to have our first meal, we've lost all sight of our bodies natural hunger cues. And, it's very typical that we'll eat too much, too fast and choose the wrong things," said Cheryl Forberg, Biggest Loser's Celebrity Nutritionist.

Now, if you're thinking to yourself, it's too late to start eating right and exercising.

Forberg says that couldn't be further from the truth.

Anytime you can do simple exercises and change your eating habits, the better off you'll be.
