SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KTIV) -

A Sioux City man will be in court Thursday after an incident outside Sioux City's Nodland Elementary School late last week.

Police say 42-year-old Jimmy Murphy is charged with disorderly conduct.

He was arrested Friday, after a custody dispute at the school with staff members.

School officials say at no point, were students in danger.

An automated message went out to parents on Saturday to reassure them their children were safe.

Murphy was released on bond.

An arraignment is set for Thursday morning.
