Iowa's Martin-Manley and Lowery earn Big Ten honors

Iowa scored on the air, ground and with defense and special teams on Saturday. Iowa scored on the air, ground and with defense and special teams on Saturday.

Iowa was doing big things on offense, defense and special teams Saturday afternoon.

Kevonte Martin-Manley returned back-to-back punts in the Hawkeyes rout over Western Michigan, becoming the first player in school history to accomplish the feat.    

He's been named the Big Ten's Special Teams Player of the Week.

Meanwhile, Linebacker BJ Lowery housed not one, but two interceptions, also a school record.  Lowery earned Big Ten Defensive Player of the Week honors.
