A moose has been exploring a Colorado neighborhood.

Broomfield police say this big guy has been hanging around a central Broomfield neighborhood for the past few weeks.  Sometime Monday morning, Colorado Parks and Wildlife tranquilized the moose so they could take it back into the wild.  According to Parks and Wildlife, the moose is male, probably two to three years old and weighs 800 to 1,000 pounds.

The moose kept to itself and didn't hurt anyone.
