Nebraska farmer finds what appears to be the skeleton of a Native American dating back to the 1700s


Remains found just outside of Arnold, Nebraska, have archaeologists buzzing, saying that it's a find that dates back centuries.

Blake Bierman was filling up a truck with corn when he noticed something sticking out of the earth alongside a trench.

Bierman called the authorities, and Custer County Sheriff along with Nebraska State Patrol turned the farm into an investigation scene.

After contacting the Nebraska State Historical Society, it was soon determined that the remains appeared to belong to a middle-aged, Native American male, that dates back to the 1700s.
