Joe Glenn and the Coyotes are 4-3 and 3-0 in the MVFC.
VERMILLION, S.D. (KTIV) -
South Dakota quarterback Kevin Earl rallied the Coyotes from a 21-point second half deficit in a wild 38-31 double OT win over 11th ranked Northern Iowa on Saturday.
The Coyotes are now 3-1 in the Missouri Valley Football Conference and are third in the league standings.
With how they're playing, a trip to postseason isn't out the question.
"We'll just keep working on this week, today, tomorrow, this game and let the chips fall where they may," Head Coach Joe Glenn said. "We've kind of dreamed about it in the back of our minds that if we can knock a few down here and get six, seven wins, it could be a reality."
South Dakota hits the road again this week and will travel to Illinois State on Saturday.
