We'll see a few flakes of snow on the North and Northeast sides of Siouxland and rain across the rest of Siouxland Tuesday morning; otherwise we might see a few peeks of sunshine Tuesday afternoon.

As winds calm down Tuesday night, temperatures will plummet into the mid to upper 20s under partly cloudy skies with calm and variable winds.

We'll then see a decent chance of rain and snow showers Wednesday morning and throughout most of the afternoon as well.

More areas including Sioux City stand a better chance to see snow as opposed to rain.

After Wednesday, we'll see a more settling weather pattern starting Thursday as we see sunshine and temperatures back near 50.
