One man is in jail after police say he stabbed three men and assaulted a fourth at a Waterloo bar Thursday morning.
Officers were called to the Winning Edge Bar, 341 Fletcher Avenue, at around 1:26 a.m. Thursday for a report of a man with a knife.
Captain Tim Pillack says officers found 22-year-old Paul Lynn Geiger with a stab wound to the back and 48-year-old Christopher Cornelius Parham with a cut on the elbow. Pillack says 22-year-old Joseph Donald Terhune was hit in the face.
Officers arrested 28-year-old Eric Martez Hayes at the scene. He is charged with two counts of willful injury, two counts of going armed with the intent and one county of assault causing bodily injury. He was taken to the Black Hawk County Jail.
While police were investigating, a fourth victim, 21-year-old Dakoda Mychael Kessell, showed up at Covenant Medical Center with two stab wounds to his back.
All of the victims were taken to a local hospital and are expected to be ok.
