Angels Park continues growth with community support
Evansdale's Angels Park is steadily developing thanks to help from the community.
The park has been taking shape since February in light of the murder of two Evansdale cousins, Lyric and Elizabeth. Since then, countless community members and businesses have donated time, money and resources.
Employees of the Waterloo Lowe's Home Improvement contributed to the park's landscape Oct. 24. The group of about 15 put in a new flag pole, some trees, and a stone wall.
Lowe's donated all of the supplies for the most recent project.
