Sioux City is now 6-2-1 on the season.
Kyle Hayton stopped 38 of the 40 shots he faced and the Musketeer offense went to work in the second period in Sioux City's 5-2 win over Waterloo.
It's the Muskies fifth straight win.
Scoreless after one, Jared Thomas opened the scoring two minutes into the second.
Waterloo and the Muskies exchanged goals the rest of the period and were tied 2-2 after 40 minutes.
Trevor Olson provided the firepower in the final stanza, scoring twice in the span of the first four minutes of the period. Cedric Lacroix provided the final goal with an empty-netter in the final minute.
Sioux City improves to 6-2-1 on the year.
