Sioux City Police Chief Doug Young said police are currently looking for 20-year-old Martin Castellanos, who is a suspect in a homicide that occurred early Sunday morning at 1420 West 15th.

Sioux City Police just released the name of the murder victim as 20-year-old Adrian Rojas Hernandez of Sioux City.

Chief Young said the Lincoln County South Dakota Sheriff's Office reported finding a burned body on a gravel road five miles east of Interstate 29 off of exit 64.

He said the Hernandez was shot in the head in Sioux City and then brought to the ditch and burned in rural Lincoln County, South Dakota.

Chief Young said he believes this is an isolated incident because the suspects and victim knew each other.

He said Martin Castellanos is armed and could be driving a silver 2003 Audi A4 with Iowa plate 892YSD.

Castellanos is a Hispanic male, who is 5'8" and weighs 180 pounds.

He may have a light mustache.

They said 22-year-old Ricardo Jaime Vital of Sioux City has been arrested and charged as an Accessory after the Fact.

Police said an autopsy is pending on the victim and they plan to release his identity Monday afternoon.

The motive and details of the shooting are still under investigation by authorities.
