Mapleton, IA woman pleads not guilty to homicide by vehicle

ONAWA, Iowa (KTIV) -

A Mapleton, Iowa, woman charged in a fatal crash that killed her uncle, enters a not guilty plea.

According to court documents, 44 year-old Judith Krohn faces one count of homicide by vehicle.

Authorities say last April, missed a curve, lost control of a pickup truck, rolling several times into a ditch on Highway 141 near Mapleton.

59-year old Albert Butler was partially ejected and later died at the hospital.

A trial date has not been set.
