SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KTIV) -

Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for most of Siouxland.

The Winter Weather Advisory is in place for most of Siouxland until 6 p.m. on Sunday.

This advisory is due to a weather system bringing in some snow to the area which should taper off by late Sunday.

Most areas will see an accumulation of 2 to 4 inches while some places may see a little bit more.

The work week looks to be dry and we may even reach into the 30s by the end of the week.

So far, the National Weather Service is reporting that Sioux City has an inch of snow.
