On November 8, 2013 at approximately 12:18 pm, officers responded to 2201 W. 2nd St in order to speak to Melton Carter, the father of Melton Bell. Mr. Carter last saw his son, at the home they share, on November 7, 2013 at 2:00 pm.
Mr. Carter left for work during the evening and upon returning on November 8, 2013 at 12:30 am, his son, Melton Bell was gone.
Mr. Carter states that he has not had contact with his son for over one month. This is out of character for Bell who does suffer from mental illness.
