Arrest made in Remsen-Union school bomb threat


Police in Remsen, Iowa, have made an arrest in last week's bomb threat at the Remsen-Union School.

There's not much information available about the arrest, or the suspect. But, Superintendent Ken Howard can confirm that the suspect is a Remsen-Union student, and the student is a minor. Howard says the investigation is ongoing.

There's no word what the suspect is charged with.

On December 2nd, the Remsen-Union community school was evacuated after a bomb threat was made. The Omaha bomb squad searched the school, but didn't find a device. School resumed the next morning.
