SOUTH SIOUX CITY, Neb. (KTIV)  There are now two people in custody in connection with a weekend shooting in South Sioux City, Nebraska.

Authorities say 28 year-old Bonnie Baker was found shot to death Sunday afternoon inside a mobile home at Siouxland Estates in South Sioux.

They took one man into custody early Monday morning... and now we're learning a second man has been arrested.

It's 25 year-old David Rodriguez.  He's charged with possession of a deadly weapon by a prohibited person.

Officers found a sawed off shotgun inside his apartment 1712 F Street in South Sioux City.

Rodriguez, a convicted felon, is being held in the Dakota County Jail on $400,000 bond.

22 year-old Raymond Gonzalez is also charged in this case.  He's accused of making terroristic threats and disturbing the peace, but prosecutors say additional charges are possible.

Witness statements in court papers place Gonzalez at the mobile home Sunday.  After claims that a sexual act had taken place, witnesses say Gonzalez became angry and told another person quote, "I'm going to get a gun and shoot you."

Authorities found the body of Bonnie Baker after they were called to the scene for a report of gun shots.

We want to point out again that Raymond Gonzalez is charged with making terroristic threats and disturbing the peace.

The autopsy results on Baker are still pending.
