Nebraska will hit the field one final time on New Year's Day to battle Georgia in the Gator Bowl.
It's an opportunity for the Huskers to win nine games for the third time under Head Coach Bo Pelini and avenge last season's loss to the Bulldogs.
Georgia beat Nebraska in the Capital One Bowl last season.
It's been 32 days since the Huskers last played a game and it presents a unique set of challenges.
"People have had a long time to look at you, and for you to look at them," Pelini said during Tuesday's Gator Bowl Luncheon. "You're probably going to face some things you probably haven't seen before on both sides of the football, so you have to be ready to make adjustments."
The Gator Bowl kicks off at 11 am and can be seen on ESPN 2.
