MADISON, Neb. (KTIV) - A Madison, Nebraska man has pleaded no contest to shooting another man in the face outside of a Norfolk nightclub.

As part of a deal with prosecutors, 29-year-old Jordan Beehn pleaded no contest to first-degree assault and witness tampering.

In return, prosecutors dropped five other charges, including a felony weapons charge.

Police said Beehn shot Jorge Zepeda- Flores of Norfolk in November of 2012 during an argument outside Norfolk's Club Hollywood.

Madison County prosecutors have said the injuries have left Zepeda-Flores paralyzed.

Beehn will be sentenced February 28.

He faces from one to 55-years in prison.
