A man involved in a high speed chase through two Siouxland states has accepted a plea agreement.

Shaun Wakefield pleaded guilty Monday to a class 'D' felony for forgery.

The high-speed chase happened in march of last year when the Union County Sheriff was investigating production of counterfeit money in North Sioux City.

Wakefield along with two others fled from officers, and threw counterfeit money from their vehicle as they raced along Interstate 29.

The chase ended in Sioux City.

Wakefield will face sentencing on January 30..
