Siouxland woman killed in rollover near Homer, NE

HOMER, Neb, (KTIV) -

A Siouxland woman is dead following a crash on a rural Northeast Nebraska road.

The Dakota County Sheriff's Department says the crash happened just before three this morning.

Authorities responded to a rollover in the 2800 block of Blyburg Road near Homer.

A female passenger, 28-year-old Tiffany Schmitt, of Homer, was ejected from the vehicle and died.

Three other occupants including the driver, 39-year old Russell Roberts of Homer, were transported to Sioux City's Mercy Medical Center.

The rollover remains under investigation.
