It's time to break out the gym shoes and break a sweat.
Several members of the South Sioux City, Nebraska school district are taking on a big challenge.
They are going to complete an Ironman Triathlon over 6 weeks at The Four Seasons Health Club.
"The mileage is just like a regular Ironman Triathlon except we don't have to do it continuously. So, over the course of six weeks, we want to do a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike ride, and basically a marathon. A 26 mile run," said Mike Wright, Athletic Trainer of South Sioux City School District
"What I like about it the most are all of the goals are achievable but you know you have to do it. You can do it in small bits or whatever through that period it just keeps you fit," said Ed Mahon, Lieutenant of South Sioux City Police Department.
Those taking part don't have run the entire marathon, they can walk part of it.
And as for the swimming, it can be any stroke or water walking if they choose.
