MRHD asks court for more time to turn over documents in MRHD vs. Penn suit

Posted:
DES MOINES, Iowa (KTIV) - In a separate case, the Argosy's former non-profit partner, Missouri River Historical Development, has asked a judge for more time to gather documents requested by Penn National in it's "breach of contract" suit.

The deadline, to comply with Penn's motion to force MRHD to produce documents, was Thursday.

MRHD wants more time to produce the documents Penn requested from MRHD board member Dave Bernstein.

MRHD didn't say how much time it would need to find those documents.
