Former North Sioux City, SD business owner sentenced in K2 case

NORTH SIOUX CITY, S.D. (KTIV)- A judge has sentenced the owner of a former North Sioux City business to 30-years in prison for possession of synthetic marijuana, called K2.

30-year-old Gregory Enright could only serve nine-years is prison under conditions set by the judge.

The charges, and conviction, stem from a six-month investigation of Enright's business, "Mr. Yucks". South Dakota's Attorney General says Enright made, and sold, the K2 at his business.

K2 is banned by South Dakota state law.
