Siouxland principal and teachers get a pie to the face for a good cause

Jump roping isn't a Winter Olympic sport but some Siouxland students got gold for their efforts.

These students from Hinton Elementary raised money as part of its Jump Rope for Heart fundraiser.

Their goal was $3,500, but they blew past that raising more than $7,000.

Their reward?

To throw a pie in a teacher's face.

"I felt really good because I was the first one to get 500 dollars," said Seth Willer, Second Grader.

The principal along with seven teachers got a pie to the face by the top 16 students that raised the most money.
