Additional charges filed against two men in connection with South Sioux City murder

DAKOTA CITY, Neb. (KTIV) Two men face new charges for their alleged involvement in a fatal shooting in South Sioux City, Nebraska.

David Rodriguez had pleaded not guilty to a charge of possession of a deadly weapon by a prohibited person.

Anthony Housman is charged with possession or receiving a stolen firearm.  An arraignment for him is set for February 19th.

However, now prosecutors have also charged them both with accessory to a felony.

According to court documents, the two men were involved in helping accused shooter, Raymond Gonzales.

On December 15th, authorities say Gonzales shot and killed Bonnie Baker at Siouxland Estates mobile home park.

This after police say he got into an argument with Baker's brother.
