Estherville, IA shooting victim had no-contact order against suspect

Scott Sudbeck faces trial in another case.

Back on January 16th, court records show Sudbeck was arrested, and charged with "third-degree sexual abuse", "lascivious acts with a child", and two counts of "indecent contact with a child".

He was released from jail the next day on bond. But, the judge in the case issued a no-contact order for shooting victim Michaela Jordan, and her four young children.

Sudbeck pleaded not guilty to the charges. His trial is set to begin June 24th.
