A Homer, Nebraska man has pleaded not guilty to a manslaughter charge after a rollover crash

DAKOTA CITY, Neb. (KTIV) - A Homer, Nebraska man has pleaded not guilty to a manslaughter charge after a rollover crash.

In January, police says 39-year-old Russell Roberts, Junior was driving around 2800 Blyburg Road near Homer when the accident happened.

Authorities say 28-year-old Tiffany Schmitt, of Home, was ejected from the vehicle and died.

Three other passengers, including Roberts, were hospitalized.

A trial date has been set for July 15.
